Your project will be reviewed by the mentor, and supported.
Please note that funding can be generated by - your own reserve(savings, please tell us how you established it) a no more than 50% of the project budget funding is derived from your parents, welcome more than 20% from partnership/friends.
Selection Criteria
1. Project Feasibility
Clarity of Concept: Is the fun fair idea clearly explained and appropriate for the community?
Age-Appropriateness: Are all planned activities safe and suitable for under-16 workers and participants?
Resource Availability: Are required materials, venues, and volunteers realistically accessible?
2. Team Composition
Leadership: Are roles and responsibilities clearly defined among team members?
Diversity: Does the team include a mix of skills, backgrounds, and interests?
Commitment: Has the team demonstrated motivation and reliability?
3. Planning and Organization
Timeline: Is there a realistic and detailed schedule?
Task Allocation: Are tasks distributed fairly and efficiently?
Risk Management: Are potential risks identified with mitigation strategies?
4. Funding Plan
Budgeting: Is there a detailed and realistic budget?
Funding Sources:
No more than 50% from parents.
More than 20% from partnerships/friends.
Clear explanation of any personal savings used (how it was earned/saved).
Sustainability: Are funding sources reliable and is there a plan for surplus funds?
5. Community Impact
Inclusivity: Will the event be accessible and welcoming to all community members?
Benefit: What positive outcomes are expected for the community?
Engagement: Are local organizations or groups involved?
