There are lots of valuable skills which can be built through everyday's social engagement, family, training or therapy interventions. We provide tailor made development training for strength, motor coordination, cognitive skills, communication, social interaction, and independence in daily living. Integrating your selected choice of therapist, to incorporate goals into enjoyable activities helps maximize engagement and progress.
1. Physical and Social Activities
Nature walk and picnic
Therapy/Improvement: Physical therapy (improves aerobic capacity, muscular endurance, coordination), social skills therapy (encourages interaction, communication, and community engagement).
Swimming or adapted community dance/yoga class
Therapy/Improvement: Physiotherapy (improves muscle strength, balance, flexibility, posture), exercise therapy (cardiovascular health), social therapy (encourages confidence and interaction).
Indoor/outdoor obstacle course and rhythm/dance games
